Pineapple, Peach, and Jalapeņo Salsa
Before you add more jalapeños, remember that the salsa will get hotter as it sits. Serve this sweet-hot salsa with salty tortilla chips.
2 cups pineapple, chopped finely
2 cups peaches, chopped finely
4 pickled jalapeño slices, minced
2 scallions, chopped finely, divided
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together except for 1 tablespoon of scallions. Transfer to serving bowl, top with remaining scallions, and chill 1 hour.
Serves 8.

End result: I am a huge fan of tomatoes, so I added some to my recipe. My advice…it will take away from the sweetness, so stick to the original recipe!
Symbolic fruits...
The pineapple is a widely recognized symbol of hospitality, and in ancient Chinese culture, the peach was a symbol of immortality.
